Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Systems/EE/Electrical-Mechanical/EC/Software Eng; MS preferred.
• At least five years of relevant industry experience.
• Fielded DoD systems or robotics/imaging systems experience.
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects.
• MBSE and SysML using MagicDraw.
• Requirements management and traceability experience.
• Validation of complex systems experience.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-810/882/461/464.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Use MBSE and SysML to define and trace system design.
• Develop design descriptions, requirements and system test docs, safety analyses, and technical analyses.
• Support system reliability program; collect and analyze data.
• Manage key system-level performance factors.
• Verify and validate system and component performance to specs.
• Develop test fixtures for complex systems and subsystems.
• Assist hands-on integration troubleshooting at system/subsystem levels.
