• Lead the technical execution of system architecture for a UAS Launch & Recovery Vehicle.
• Coordinate integration of avionics, hydraulics, power distribution, navigation, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with propulsion, hardware, software, flight operations, and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate the Launch & Recovery Vehicle (LRV) for Shield AI's next gen UAS program.
• Deliver a mobile, mission-ready LRV that works as part of the full UAS platform.
• Develop CONOPs defining deployment timelines, crew roles, logistics footprint, and field survivability.
