STEMBoard is seeking a Systems Engineer (Level 3) to analyze user requirements and develop system specifications for the ISEE program. You will provide technical leadership across requirements integration and ensure the integrity of engineering deliverables.

You will coordinate across teams, guide junior staff, and interface with Government stakeholders, striving for cost efficiency and on-time execution. This role requires active TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8570-compliant credentials.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience deriving system requirements from user needs and architectures.
• Experience leading system integration and test planning.
• Interfacing with Government stakeholders on technical matters.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, concepts of operations, and architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities and provide technical leadership for integration.
• Develop system architecture and design documentation.
• Coordinate system integration activities across teams and manage interface data.
• Guide junior staff and communicate with Government stakeholders.
• Review engineering deliverables to ensure accuracy and completeness.
