Dev Technology Group in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer with SME-level experience to plan, coordinate, and oversee the development and implementation of new systems and technologies. The role provides technical and management leadership, translating business requirements into technical solutions and driving scaled agile practices across a System of Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of SME-level systems engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain systems engineering management process documentation (SEMP, TEMP, CONOPS).
• Create and maintain Integration and Implementation Plan (IIP) with milestones and RR criteria.
• Support technical integration within operational delivery per SEMP.
• Facilitate Technical Review Boards (TRBs) as required.
• Coordinate and oversee technical and business integrations across stakeholders and Contractors.
• Develop IT strategy and roadmap documents for program.
• Validate designs and support Disposition Management Plan.
• Develop onboarding processes and training for systems.
• Assist IPTs/OD Teams in implementing SDLC tools.
• Drive scaled agile methodologies across multi-team delivery.
• Distribute updates to processes and manage transitions.
