Job summary

Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) seeks a Lead System Integrator for a government program. You will guide the integration of subsystems from multiple vendors into a single verifiable system, lead a test & integration team, and ensure interfaces and requirements are met.

You will develop technical requirements, supervise architecture alignment, and coordinate test events across teams, driving risk mitigation and process maturation within an early governance program.

Qualifications

• Experience in systems integration and test for multi-vendor programs.
• Proven ability to lead integration and test activities.
• Ability to develop and execute test procedures against system/interface requirements.
• Experience directing daily work of a technical team (test, integration, or engineering).
• Ability to interpret system requirements, ICDs, and configuration management artifacts.
• Strong written and verbal communication, translating technical status for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy for integrating subsystems into a verifiable system.
• Act as technical contact for vendor teams on integration matters.
• Develop, review, and maintain test procedures and ICDs.
• Identify integration risks and drive resolution with engineering leads and PM.
• Support criteria to promote artifacts from vendor baselines to integrated baselines.
• Mentor and direct the test & integration team and coordinate test events.
