Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to join our mission-focused team and shape requirements for Navy systems. You will translate real‑world needs into technical specifications, lead design reviews, and collaborate with customers to deliver robust architectures and test results.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience performing Systems Engineering (SE) on Navy experimental research or SE programs.
10+ years of experience performing SE on U.S. Navy weapon systems, U.S. Navy sensors and sensor systems, and Armed Services’ RF transmitters.
Experience writing Systems Engineering Plans (SEPs).
Experience with SE requirements and writing specifications such as System Requirements Documents (SRDs) and Subsystem Requirements Documents (SSRDs).
Experience with concept development, system architecture design and development, systems hardware, and software design and development.
Experience with configuration management and risk management.
Experience preparing for and conducting design reviews such as Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) events.
Experience with system integration and checkout, trouble report tracking, test and evaluation of system performance, and documentation of test result.
