Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Mission Integration Engineer to lead engineering efforts for Navy information assurance systems. You will oversee design, development, integration, sustainment, and documentation across the lifecycle, ensuring capabilities meet operational goals.

The role requires extensive DoD/Navy systems engineering experience, strong requirements skills, and a TS/SCI clearance, with opportunities to shape mission-critical solutions and guidance for warfighter outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with engineering and systems architectures across the full systems engineering lifecycle.
• 5+ years of systems engineering for Navy or DoD projects.
• 5+ years of experience in requirements definitions, validation methods, and traceability artifacts.
• 5+ years of architecture design, interface control, and baseline management.
• 5+ years leading TEMs, integration groups, and cross‑system stakeholder engagements.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission-level capability integration to ensure systems, users, and processes work together to meet mission objectives.
• Engage with Fleet operators, HSI practitioners, and stakeholders to identify operational challenges and gaps.
• Translate operational needs and feedback into engineering requirements and architectural decisions.
• Develop and maintain mission architectures, ICDs, and MBSE models for end‑to‑end integration.
• Support requirements development, traceability, maturation, and implementation across the lifecycle.
