Job summary

LMI in the Washington, DC area is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer / Endpoint Lead to manage endpoint deployment and lifecycle across multiple locations. You will lead a team responsible for imaging, configuration, and support of endpoints in a government-facing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of systems engineering experience with endpoint management, plus experience in SAP facilities and RMF/NIST security processes. Travel and SCIF/SAP coordination are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years systems engineering experience, including endpoint management.
• Experience supporting classified or federal systems environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience supporting SAP facilities, systems, or environments.
• Familiarity with RMF and NIST SP 800-37/800-53 security authorization processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of endpoint systems across facility locations.
• Develop and enforce configuration and imaging standards for workstations, servers, and peripheral devices.
• Supervise or coordinate endpoint support staff across geographically dispersed sites.
• Support systems integration efforts with network, security, and facility teams.
• Troubleshoot escalated systems and endpoint issues.
• Support classified enclave and cross-domain solution configurations, coordinating with FSOs for endpoint compliance within SCIF and SAP environments.
