Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks a Systems Engineer to analyze user requirements, craft system architectures, and lead design and development activities. You will guide stakeholders and coordinate with government personnel and executives to ensure technical integrity of work.

The role requires TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph, with responsibilities spanning requirements derivation, architecture documentation, and system integration planning.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of systems engineering experience in programs of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field from an accredited college or university; 5 years additional systems engineering experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities.
• Guide users in formulating requirements and conduct feasibility studies.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
