Qualifications

• 10–20 years of systems engineering on complex hardware and shipped systems.
• Owns full SE artifact set: requirements, ICDs, RTVM, SEP, and traceability.
• Fluency with MIL-STD-461/810 and design cost implications.

Responsibilities

• Define system-level requirements and interfaces for four PNT product lines.
• Lead ICD development covering connectors, power, data, RF, and integration.
• Lead timing module upgrade trade studies and holdover analysis.
• Perform thermal analysis and evaluate passive cooling options.
• Provide technical direction and risk assessment using modeling/simulation.
