This position offers a salary range of $135,600 – $186,400 and includes opportunities for bonuses and additional compensation based on performance.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience supporting government programs.
• Familiarity with requirements tools (e.g., DOORS, MBSE).

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end systems engineering activities from concept development through mission operations.
• Integrate multidisciplinary subsystems into cohesive system design.
• Support design reviews and lead verification and validation planning.
