Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years IT experience including 4 years in systems administration.
• Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Windows Deployment Server, PXE, Patch Management, McAfee Enterprise Policy Orchestrator, McAfee endpoint products, HBSS.
• Must be organized, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form and with all levels of employees; possess good interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience desired

Responsibilities

• Manages the implementation of IT technology initiatives and provides formal project management documentation.
• Conducts systems analyses and develops integration plans for new systems and software.
• Ensures all systems meet business and security requirements per directives.
• Mentors junior staff to ensure project schedules are maintained.
• Prepares technical documentation and SOPs.
• Develops resolutions to complex problems and coordinates resources.
• Administers and maintains classified and unclassified systems for optimum performance.
• Maintains proficiency in new IT technologies and recommends improvements.
• Communicates problems and outages to supervisor/manager.
• Responds to critical after-hours support issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
