Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of complex IT and OT systems. You will modernize infrastructure, enhance security and compliance, and integrate IT capabilities into traditional environments.

The role requires deep technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to mentor other engineers while coordinating with Dev, Security, and Data teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field required.
• AZ-104 certification preferred.
• 5+ years in IT systems administration/engineering.
• Strong Windows and Linux expertise.
• Advanced virtualization and cloud infrastructure knowledge.
• Networking, firewalls, and system security experience.
• Experience integrating IT management into non-traditional OT/IT environments.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of scalable, secure IT/OT infrastructure.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues across servers, storage, networking, and operations.
• Collaborate with Systems Architect to align initiatives with long-term goals.
• Drive modernization and security/compliance in OT environments.
• Support cloud migration and virtualization platform evaluation.
• Document configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Mentor junior engineers and administrators.
• Conduct system audits and performance reviews.
• Interface with vendors and stakeholders on new technologies.
• Coordinate with Dev, Security, and Data teams on infrastructure initiatives.
