Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in IT systems administration and engineering.
• Deep knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Advanced virtualization and cloud infrastructure expertise.
• Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell preferred).
• Familiarity with security, networking, and OT integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of scalable, secure IT/OT infrastructure.
• Serve as escalation point for complex server, storage, networking, and systems issues.
• Collaborate with Systems Architect to align initiatives with long-term goals.
• Drive modernization of OT environments with improved security and compliance.
• Support cloud migration and evaluate future virtualization needs.
• Create and maintain system documentation and runbooks.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct performance reviews.
• Conduct system audits and ensure adherence to standards.
• Interface with vendors and internal stakeholders on new technologies.
• Collaborate with Dev, Security, and Data teams on infrastructure initiatives.
