nou Systems, Inc. is seeking an Intermediate Systems Engineer to join the TN SEA team, focused on IT infrastructure and applications for DoD programs in Huntsville, AL or Colorado Springs, CO. You will help elicit requirements, baseline environments, and define target-state architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a STEM field required.
• 7+ years on missile defense or large DoD programs.
• Active Secret clearance and TS/SCI eligibility.
• U.S. citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and manage requirements for IT modernization with government stakeholders.
• Baseline current-state environment through portfolio analysis and inventory.
• Develop target-state architectures and documentation.
• Conduct AoAs and trade studies for legacy systems.
• Plan data center consolidation and workload migration.
• Apply V-model and maintain requirements traceability.
• Draft technical briefs for senior leadership.
• Coordinate across cyber, infrastructure, apps and program management.
