Job summary

Paragon Technology Group, Inc. seeks a Systems Engineer III to support complex software systems, integration efforts, and network engineering initiatives in a government-focused environment.

You will develop specifications, assess architectures, and coordinate with programmers, engineers, and end users to ensure compliant, scalable solutions while maintaining security posture and performance metrics. The role requires strong problem-solving, independent decision-making, and experience with PMO

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• IAWIP Certification: IAM I.
• 7+ years' experience in systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develops complete specifications to enable programmers to prepare required programs.
• Reviews task proposals and requirements and analyzes data.
• Coordinates work with programmers and engineers and orients users to new systems.
• Assesses architecture and system performance for improvements.
• Identifies technical risks and proposes risk-reduction options.
• Ensures compliance with PMO and government policies.
