Paragon Cyber Solutions LLC is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, integrate, test, and sustain software and firmware for Electronic Warfare systems and related environments. You will support the full software lifecycle and work toward delivering robust capabilities for advanced missions.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. The role emphasizes collaboration, rigorous testing, and continuous improvement in a dynamic team setting.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience designing, coding, integrating, testing, and maintaining software in a structured engineering environment.
• Proficiency in Python, C, C++, Java or similar languages.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, modify, integrate, test, and maintain software and firmware for EW systems and related environments.
• Support software across lifecycle from initial design to upgrades of fielded systems.
• Plan, design, code, test, and deliver software to meet customer requirements.
• Analyze system-level requirements to ensure tests validate operational needs.
• Perform requirements development, validation, traceability, risk assessment, and mitigation.
• Support software testing including unit, integration, system-level, regression, IV&V.
• Perform traceability analysis and document discrepancies per plans.
• Participate in code reviews, UAT, and automated test results documentation.
