Job summary

SNC is seeking a Systems Engineer III to lead requirements engineering, systems integration, Verification & Validation, and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). You will guide junior engineers and manage risk across complex programs in the Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) area.

• Bachelor's degree in Systems or Electrical Engineering and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with requirements management, MBSE, and V&V.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Experience with lab test equipment such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Handle advanced tasks in requirements engineering, systems integration, V&V, and MBSE.
• Lead system and decision analysis, technical planning, and risk management.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide project teams.
• Demonstrate expertise in architecture/design development and lifecycle management.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively to drive project success.
• Work with a hybrid environment and occasional travel.
