Job summary

You will oversee complex analyses, technical planning, risk management, and lifecycle management while mentoring teammates and aligning with program goals.

The role supports the IAS business area in ISR, aviation, and security, with a hybrid work model and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
• Higher level degree may substitute for experience.
• Expert proficiency with systems modeling & simulation tools.
• Knowledge of MBSE, requirements management, and design principles.
• Proven leadership in systems engineering.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Understand requirements management, derivation & allocation; V&V principles.
• Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit expert-level skills in requirements engineering, systems integration, V&V, and MBSE.
• Oversee and lead complex system and decision analysis, technical planning, and risk management activities.
• Manage major project deliverables and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Leverage deep knowledge in architecture/design development, technical monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Provide strong leadership and effective communication.
• Mentor and guide team members.
