Job summary

IBM Finance & Operations seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to own end-to-end identity, infrastructure, automation, and zero trust systems across enterprise environments. You will collaborate with security, infrastructure, and compliance teams to maintain audit readiness and productivity in a fast-moving company.

You will manage Okta/Microsoft Entra ID, SAML/OIDC, and SCIM provisioning, drive automation, and participate in FedRAMP, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 compliance initiatives while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of systems, identity, or cloud engineering experience.
• Experience with Okta and/or Entra ID at scale.
• Knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, and SCIM provisioning.
• Automation and scripting proficiency (Python or shell).
• Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IAM/RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end system design, hardening, and operation for identity, infrastructure, automations, and zero-trust systems.
• Administer and evolve IdP infrastructure (Okta/SAML/OIDC, SCIM) and identity governance (SailPoint/IGA).
• Manage multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IAM controls.
• Architect and administer security platforms (GlobalProtect, Prisma Access).
• Oversee SaaS/admin platforms (Google Workspace, GitHub Enterprise, AVD, Glean).
• Lead audits and access reviews (FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and enforce least privilege with JIT access.
• Develop runbooks and automation to reduce manual work.
