Job summary

MedReview Inc. is seeking a hands-on Systems Engineer to manage infrastructure in on-prem and cloud environments. This role is critical for maintaining system performance, security, and scalability. Responsibilities include managing enterprise infrastructure on Azure and VMware, leading upgrades and optimizations, and ensuring reliability and security. Must have 5+ years of experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, and a solid background in Active Directory. The position is on-site in New York City Monday to Thursday and remote on Fridays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Systems Engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (architecture, Entra ID, Intune, networking).
• Deep experience with VMware (vSphere/vCenter).
• Strong background in Active Directory & Windows Server environments.
• Experience with storage systems (SAN/NAS) and infrastructure troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise infrastructure across on-prem and Azure environments.
• Lead system upgrades, patching, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Design and support disaster recovery and high availability environments.
• Own VMware environments (vSphere/vCenter) and virtualization strategy.
• Administer and optimize Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and identity systems.
