Job summary

Ultra Intelligence & Communications is seeking a Systems Engineer for High Assurance Cryptographic Systems. You will architect, implement, and certify cryptographic systems for DoD, NATO, and allied partners, ensuring NSA HA compliance and secure development across software, firmware, and hardware.

Responsibilities include requirements analysis, system architecture synthesis, and coordinating verification, documentation, and certification artifacts through NSA HA programs.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited college.
• 7+ years in related field with multi-disciplined team experience.
• Experience with DoD Acquisition Process for EMD.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and requirements tools (DOORS, Visure).

Responsibilities

• Perform system requirements analysis with stakeholder teams.
• Synthesize system architecture from requirements artifacts.
• Support milestone design reviews (SDR, PDR, CDR, TRR).
• Conduct/assist verification and validation including security testing.
• Create and deliver contract data requirements lists and docs.
• Assist PM/PE with program documentation and schedules.
• Collaborate with BD to support growth and proposals.
