Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of engineering experience developing complex electromechanical or automated systems.
• Strong systems engineering fundamentals and multidisciplinary product development.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical leadership to Titan's hardware engineering team.
• Lead system-level architecture, requirements, design reviews, and verification.
• Translate product and customer requirements into engineering specs.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, controls, software, and manufacturing disciplines.
• Identify risks and interface problems early in development.
• Drive execution from concept through prototype, validation, production and deployment.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering practices.
