Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Systems Engineering is required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex requirements into system specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements for system applications and translate into design specifications.
• Analyze new systems and develop analysis/simulation programs or Excel spreadsheets.
• Perform end-to-end system analysis and design of complex systems (hardware, software, communications).
• Write specifications for functionality, performance, interfaces, and data processing.
• Resolve architectural design for significant changes to the product portfolio.
• Lead technical development and drive implementation in cross-functional teams to deliver a quality product.
• Influence team members to follow the product development process.
• Ensure project schedules are met and provide design/development options to overcome timing obstacles.
• Provide in-depth technical support on Hubbell’s technologies to customers.
• Identify technologies and processes to drive improvements in system operation, tools, and organizational performance.
