Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Oklahoma City is seeking a Systems Engineer (T02/T03) to support fielded airborne ISR systems and related data center and network infrastructures. The role serves as the on-site technical liaison between operations, IPTs, and customer stakeholders, applying systems thinking to sustain mission systems and implement changes for 24/7 operations.

The ideal candidate has a STEM degree with 2+ years (or advanced with 5+ years) of related experience, experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 2 years of related systems engineering experience.
OR a Master’s degree in a STEM discipline with 0 years of related systems engineering or related engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as on-site systems engineering liaison between operations, engineering IPTs, and customer stakeholders to resolve field issues and installations.
Sustain and provide real-time support for mission systems including OS, data center hardware, and ground communication infrastructure.
Perform system-level troubleshooting across avionics, data center, network, and subsystems.
Coordinate and track cross-functional action items and change requests; maintain status and basic metrics.
Develop and execute test plans, integration procedures, and verification activities for payloads and network configurations.
