Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 2+ years of relevant military or professional experience, or Master's in STEM with related experience.
• Experience in system integration and/or systems engineering on complex, multi-subsystem, networked, or real-time systems.
• Familiarity with integration and test processes, defect tracking, and configuration management tools.
• Active US Government Secret clearance or higher with a recent background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute AISR&T system integration activities for lab and flight, ensuring cohesive operation.
• Integrate software, hardware, network, and mission subsystems into end-to-end configurations; support builds and regression events.
• Develop and maintain integration artifacts, baselines, interface notes, and test procedures.
• Collaborate with design teams to translate system designs into practical integration and test steps.
• Perform system-level troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; drive resolution with software, hardware, network, and cybersecurity teams.
• Support integration and system test events, including readiness, conduct, data review, and discrepancy reporting.
• Provide input to requirements and interface definitions based on lessons learned.
• Deliver clear integration status, risk/issue reports, and technical briefings to leadership.
