Job summary

RIVA Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer V to join the NOAA N-Wave program as the principal SME for GSA EIS and NiOS telecom inventory.

You will manage pricing, invoicing, and service management while ensuring data integrity and alignment with acquisition decisions across the program. This role requires deep knowledge of federal telecom operations, extensive reporting, and close collaboration with COR and program staff to mitigate financial and operational risk and support transition

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting federal telecommunications programs.
• Enterprise-scale experience with telecom inventory management, invoice validation, and billing dispute identification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the program’s authority on EIS ordering, pricing, billing, and service management.
• Run and validate recurring reporting from the telecom inventory system of record.
• Advise the COR and program staff on EIS service changes, pricing validation, and impacts.
