Job summary

Arctiq is seeking an accomplished Senior Systems Engineer to lead design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise systems and compute environments. You will maintain highly available, secure infrastructure while identifying modernization and automation opportunities across on‑premises and cloud platforms.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Windows Server, VMware, Citrix VDI, security hardening, and PowerShell, with collaboration across IT teams to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Systems Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Experience designing, building, securing, and managing virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi, vCenter) and hyperconverged infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage and administer Citrix VDI, load balancing, and SSL certificate management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage core systems (Exchange, AD, PKI, identity platforms).
• Administer Azure and Office 365 cloud services.
• Maintain and optimize on-prem and cloud infrastructure for reliability, security, and scalability.
• Develop technical documentation and runbooks; support on-call rotations.
