Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Systems Engineer, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
• BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience on complex hardware/software projects with embedded systems and web services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead meetings, resolve conflicts, and present findings.
• Strategic problem-solver who maintains detail orientation and good judgment under uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business collaborators and customers to grasp challenges and requirements.
• Define product scope from a requirements perspective and assess risk.
• Translate needs and regulatory constraints into functional and performance specs.
• Collaborate with system architects/engineers to define modules, environments, and interfaces.
• Ensure robust, secure system interfaces and integrations.
• Develop and maintain functional specification documentation concisely.
• Maintain the risk management plan and perform DFMEA/risk analysis.
