Job summary
JoB Training & Coaching in Winchester, VA is seeking a senior-level Systems Engineer to support Army Voice Modernization and Enhanced 9-1-1. This on-site role focuses on IP network support, location provisioning, interoperability coordination, and risk reduction to modernize emergency communications for Army installations worldwide.

Qualifications
- Clearance: Active Secret clearance or higher.
- 10+ years of systems or network engineering experience.
- 5+ years IP routing and enterprise communications experience.
- Deep experience with SIP/VoIP technologies and network analysis tools.
- Experience with E-911 / NG911 environments and DoD/Federal networks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate provisioning with Government and Prime Contractor stakeholders.
- Provide systems engineering support for emergency communications integration.
- Conduct architecture reviews, interface analysis, and technical assessments.
- Manage issue escalation, risk identification and mitigation planning.
- Analyze routing dependencies and SIP call path issues for E-911 delivery.
- Deliver technical recommendations and risk assessments.
