Job summary
JoB Training & Coaching seeks a senior-level Systems Engineer to support Enhanced 9-1-1 (E-911) implementations for Army Voice Modernization. Based full-time at headquarters in Winchester, VA, the role focuses on systems engineering, IP networking, and PSAP interoperability to modernize emergency communications for Army installations worldwide.
Requirements include 10+ years in systems engineering, active Secret clearance, and strong SIP/VoIP expertise, with DoD/Federal experience.
Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance required.
- 10+ years of systems or network engineering experience.
- 5+ years of IP routing and enterprise communications experience.
- Deep experience with SIP/VoIP technologies and Wireshark.
- DoD or Federal networks experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate provisioning activities with Government and Prime Contractor stakeholders.
- Provide systems engineering support for emergency communications integration.
- Conduct architecture reviews, interface analysis, and technical assessments.
- Manage issue escalation, risk identification, and mitigation planning.
- Analyze routing dependencies and SIP call path issues for E-911 delivery.
