Job summary

JoB Training & Coaching seeks a senior Systems Engineer to support E-911/NG911 initiatives for Army PSAP connectivity. Based full-time at headquarters in Winchester, VA, the role focuses on IP network support, routing, location provisioning, and risk reduction for Army installations worldwide.

Requirements include a active Secret clearance, 10+ years in systems or network engineering, and strong SIP/VoIP and Wireshark experience. On-site 5 days a week with relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 10+ years in systems or network engineering.
• 5+ years IP routing and enterprise communications.
• Deep SIP/VoIP experience and Wireshark proficiency.
• Experience with E-911/NG911 and DoD or Federal networks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provisioning with Government and Prime Contractor stakeholders.
• Provide systems engineering support for emergency communications integration.
• Conduct architecture reviews, interface analysis, and technical assessments.
• Manage issue escalation, risk identification, and mitigation planning.
• Analyze routing dependencies, interconnection performance, and SIP call path issues.
• Support DISA VISP location provisioning and record validation.
• Assist in resolving location discrepancies impacting emergency call routing.
• Deliver technical recommendations and risk assessments.
