Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer in Dallas, TX to drive design wins and bring new TI IC products to market.

The role involves evaluating customer systems, providing end-to-end solutions, and collaborating across engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure successful product ramp and RTM. A strong background in analog/mixed-signal ICs and hands-on lab experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
10+ years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of analog/mixed-signal ICs and their application.
Experience promoting/marketing ICs and driving design wins by providing system solutions.
Strong customer facing skills.
Familiarity with lab equipment.
System level circuit modeling with EDA tools, SPICE, Matlab.

Responsibilities

Research and create new product definitions, including developing business case proposals and product strategies.
Analyze end-equipment in automotive, industrial, consumer and computing spaces to identify future trends and opportunities.
Assist with generating the revenue plan for the organization.
Create technical literature such as datasheets, application notes, and user guides.
Build relationships with customers and field teams to solve system problems with TI silicon.
Relentlessly drive new design wins for new and existing products.
