Job summary

TSC in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our engineering team. The role focuses on documenting design, supporting lifecycle of complex systems, and collaborating with engineers.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s in engineering with 3–10 years of experience, U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance, strong communication, and the drive to work independently or in a team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 3–10 years of experience
• U.S. Citizen and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to multi-task and support multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Work with other engineers to document the design of each project
• Will support a project by creating trade studies, test strategy reports, diagrams, spreadsheets, and drawings as needed
• Develop necessary schematics, programming guides, and other required documentation
• Track project progress and design during lifecycle
