Job summary

Integrity Communications Solutions is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer V to support a DoD SATCOM ground and system-of-systems program in Colorado Springs. The role requires leading multidisciplinary engineering efforts and owning complex problem spaces across IPTs.

The candidate should have a DoD background, strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor engineers while coordinating across teams to deliver mission-critical capabilities for warfighters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant systems engineering and related experience.
• Experience owning and resolving complex technical problem spaces.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive resolution of complex system, segment, integration, verification, or engineering problem spaces.
• Coordinate cross-team activities to achieve coordinated engineering outcomes.
• Develop and influence system requirements and architecture across teams.
• Define system integration and verification approaches and ensure traceability.
• Lead or contribute to system architecture, ICDs, APIs, and related products.
• Mentor less-experienced engineers and support capability development.
