Job summary

Integrity Communications Solutions in Colorado Springs, CO seeks a Senior Systems Engineer V to lead complex DoD SATCOM ground and system-of-systems efforts. You will own system requirements, architecture, interfaces, and verification across multiple teams, with emphasis on MBSE, cybersecurity, and risk management.

Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI eligibility preferred. The role demands independence, technical leadership, and ability to communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant systems engineering, integration, verification, test, software, digital engineering, cybersecurity, operations, or related technical experience.
• Experience owning and resolving complex technical problem spaces.
• Experience integrating engineering activities across multiple teams, disciplines, or technical organizations.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes, including requirements development, architecture, integration, verification, validation, configuration management, and technical risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive resolution of complex system, segment, integration, verification, or engineering problem spaces.
• Integrate technical work across multiple teams, disciplines, or IPTs to achieve coordinated engineering outcomes.
• Develop, analyze, refine, and influence system, segment, element, or component requirements.
• Ensure consistency and traceability across requirements, architecture, interfaces, implementation, and verification products.
• Develop or influence test and verification strategies, coverage, methods, and acceptance criteria.
• Anticipate technical risks and drive mitigation before they impact program execution.
• Mentor less-experienced engineers and support capability development.
