Job summary

Integrity Communications Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer III to support a DoD SATCOM ground and system-of-systems program in Colorado Springs, CO. The role spans requirements development, architecture, integration, verification, and cybersecurity aspects, with opportunities to work across SoSI or GI tracks and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 2–6 years of systems engineering, verification, or related experience.
• Understanding of requirements development, architecture, integration & verification.
• Experience with technical documentation and engineering artifacts.
• Ability to analyze technical information and develop engineering solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system, segment, or component requirements.
• Support traceability between architecture, interfaces, and verification products.
• Create and maintain architectural models, ICDs, APIs, and related artifacts.
• Plan and execute system integration and verification activities.
• Contribute to test planning, procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborate with software, cyber, digital engineering, and operations teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and engineering reviews.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities.
