Job summary

Quantum Research International, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer Level 5 for an onsite assignment in Annapolis Junction, MD to support a critical DoD program.

You will provide technical direction across complex hardware/software systems, ensuring system requirements are allocated and validated against defined architectures. Qualifications

TS/SCI with full scope polygraph.
10+ years of systems engineering experience preferred in DoD programs.
Experience developing System Engineering Plans, Requirements specs, and Interface Control Documents.
Experience with DoDAF, System Architecture, and lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

Provide technical direction across hardware/software systems, including requirements elicitation, architecture, and testing.
Apply ISO/IEC 15288 processes across lifecycle phases from concept to retirement.
Interact with government stakeholders for technical considerations and issue resolution.
Draft and review system engineering guidance, diagrams, and architecture artifacts.
