Job summary

PDS Defense is seeking a Level 3/4 Systems Engineer to plan, design, develop and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems. The role requires coordinating performance requirements, integrating technical parameters and ensuring interfaces are compatible to support mission success.

Qualifications include a STEM degree with 5+ years (or MS with 3+ years, or PhD with experience). Military/aerospace exposure is preferred; direct benefits may apply based on contract.

Qualifications

• STEM BS with 5+ years experience or STEM BS with MS and 3+ years experience.
• Level 3 or 4 Systems Engineer.
• Experience with military customers and aircraft preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or Master's with 3+ years or PhD with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.
• Define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate parameters and ensure interface compatibility.
• Perform analyses to optimize system architecture, affordability, safety and reliability.
• Lead requirements management, risk, issues and readiness assessment processes.
• Resolve cross-functional technical issues to ensure mission success.
