Job summary

• Experience with systems engineering and SDLC.
• Familiarity with Structured Observation Management (SOM).
• Knowledge of Geospatial/GEOINT ontology concepts.
• Experience with imagery analysis standards and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Apply structured design approaches to capture and translate mission requirements into capabilities.
• Oversee integration of systems and services into enterprise architecture and validate deployments.
• Direct requirements engineering, traceability, and performance analyses across multiple agencies.
• Lead analyses and trade studies, AoAs/CoAs, and engineering assessments.
• Provide expert guidance to government stakeholders on vision, strategy, and plans.
