Odyssey Systems has a new opportunity for a Senior Systems Engineer supporting a high-priority Air Force acquisition mission under AFLCMC/HNC. The on-site role is based at Fort Meade, MD and requires TS/SCI clearance.

This senior advisory role covers the acquisition lifecycle, ensuring compliance, delivering critical capabilities to the warfighter, and applying Digital Engineering techniques across lifecycles. Strong DoD experience and technical writing are essential.

Qualificações

• Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
• Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience, with at least 5 years on DoD programs
• Experience with USCYBERCOM and JCC2 programs and applications
• Knowledge of military operations planning and execution processes
• Networking fundamentals across multiple media (satellite, fiber, wireless)
• Strong technical writing ability and ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments

Responsabilidades

• Conduct reviews on program portfolios to evaluate plans, improve processes, and ensure performance aligns with specs
• Perform program reviews on designs and test results to assure subsystem and system performance
• Prepare technical documentation and develop management reports and briefings
• Validate systems by developing criteria and analyzing test results
• Provide engineering support across the acquisition lifecycle (development, integration, sustainment, deployment, operations)
• Support risk management activities in line with SEAM processes
• Conduct trade space analyses and technology roadmap analyses for system concepts
