Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to support the Army’s Next Generation Command and Control program. You will lead technical engagements, define integration design, and decompose requirements into engineering work across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities include driving open items to resolution, creating reference architectures, and enabling onboarding at scale for Army formations and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 10+ years in systems engineering, solutions architecture, or technical program management.
• Experience leading external partner integrations across organizational boundaries.
• Strong ability to document decisions and produce reference architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner engagements end to end from technical exchange to integration design.
• Own problems spanning multiple teams and companies with no single owner.
• Architect reusable patterns and write integration documentation as reference.
• Translate partner needs into scoped engineering work and decisions.
• Scale onboarding with automated or self-service paths for Army and industry partners.
