Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Systems Engineer and Architect to support the Army's Next Generation Command and Control program. You will lead technical engagements with partner teams, establish integration design, decompose requirements, and author reference material used by other teams.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in systems engineering, solutions architecture, integration engineering, or related roles.
• Experience designing REST or gRPC integrations, OIDC flows, and data contracts.
• Proven ownership across an external organizational boundary as tech lead.
• Ability to conduct technical working sessions and document decisions.
• Strong technical writing; a writing sample is required.
• Excellent cross-audience communication to partners and military stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner engagements end to end; manage integration design and open items.
• Design across organizational boundaries spanning multiple teams and companies.
• Establish reusable patterns via reference architectures and guides.
• Own intake process and translate needs into scoped engineering work.
• Scale onboarding across Army formations with automated or self-service paths.
