Job summary

Disney Experiences in Orlando seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to support content management, digital asset management, personalization, localization, and production operations across enterprise platforms. You will collaborate with product, software engineering, QA, and operations to ensure stability and smooth delivery.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, data validation, and release readiness, with strong emphasis on AWS, observability tools, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, digital platforms, or production systems.
Experience with consumer- and employee-facing enterprise systems in high-availability environments.
Experience configuring and supporting enterprise content management, digital asset management, personalization, localization, or similar platforms.
Strong troubleshooting, incident management, root cause analysis, and production stabilization skills.
Proficiency with SQL and data validation across relational or NoSQL technologies.
Proficiency reading and validating JSON structures and REST service responses using tools like Postman.
Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-based application support.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, CloudWatch).
Experience with change and release management (ServiceNow, Jira).
Familiarity with distributed version control and CI/CD practices.
Experience in Agile delivery using Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

Configure and optimize enterprise platforms for content management, digital asset management, personalization, localization, and production operations.
Troubleshoot complex issues across enterprise systems and ensure rapid resolution.
Support platform configuration, data validation, workflow management, and release validation for new use cases.
Read and validate JSON and REST responses using Postman to verify data and behavior.
Monitor platform health and lead incident triage with root-cause analysis and improvements.
Execute change and release management processes, including ServiceNow changes and deployment readiness.
Collaborate with product, software engineering, QA, and operations to deliver platform enhancements.
Create and maintain configuration standards, technical docs, and runbooks.
