Job summary

Mayvin, Inc. seeks a Principal Systems Engineer to lead DHS FEMA T&E activities for CBRN detection systems. You will plan, execute, analyze, and report developmental and operational tests to support acquisition decisions and fielding.

You will coordinate with DHS CWMD, IPTs, and industry partners to translate requirements into verifiable test objectives, manage test artifacts, and drive continuous process improvements in test discipline and readiness assessments.

Qualifications

• Must have U.S. citizenship.
• Must have an active Secret clearance.
• Position contingent upon award.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support system-level technical and operational test events for CBRN systems at government and contractor facilities.
• Translate operational requirements and CONOPS into measurable test objectives and verification criteria.
• Lead evaluation and interpretation of test data, developing technical assessments and executive briefings.
• Provide senior SME support across IPTs, users, and industry partners to resolve integration challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement of DHS/FEMA test processes through reviews and QA activities.
