You will lead the end-to-end design, development, and release of cable assemblies, from concept through production, while coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with requirements.

The role requires a strong background in cable/harness design and systems engineering, with experience in requirements management and interface control

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant systems engineering experience, OR graduate degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience, OR 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and release of cable and harness assemblies from concept through production.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation for cable release, schematics, diagrams, parts lists, and product definition data.
• Interface with suppliers to resolve design, documentation, and producibility issues.
• Generate and manage system- and subsystem-level requirements specifications using requirements management tools such as DOORS.
