Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an experienced C++ systems engineer to design, build, and optimize high-performance C++ systems, data pipelines, annotation tools, backend services, and evaluation infrastructure for AI model training and evaluation.

You will collaborate with research, data, and engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable fixes, improving reliability, performance, and correctness across complex distributed systems.

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience writing production-grade C++ and a strong systems programming background.
• Experience with C++ frontends for machine learning frameworks or inference runtimes preferred.
• Familiarity with hardware acceleration APIs is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills and availability for 20–40 hours per week.
