Job summary

CTS Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks an Experienced Life Cycle Management (LCM) Process Engineer for the C-17 Sustainment Program in Warner Robins, GA.

US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance are required; the role is 100% onsite, 6+ months with possible extension or FTE opportunity. The candidate will support the EDARS system, RCCA actions and DEA program activities, collaborating with a global C-17 engineering team and USAF/FMS customers to drive process improvements and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or integration.
• 3+ years of data analysis, trending, and reporting.
• 3+ years of FHAs, FMEAs, risk analyses or SSAs.
• 1+ year in engineering process development and integration.
• Experience influencing stakeholders across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Supports EDARS tool development for RCCA and preventive actions.
• Contributes to DEA program assessments and CDRL submissions.
• Interacts with USAF/FSO engineering personnel and teams.
• Collaborates with systems engineering and PBM to ensure metrics.
• Mantains program visibility and documentation across cycles.
