Job summary

Delta Dental of California is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide day-to-day technical support and infrastructure services, including deploying end-user devices and assisting with network administration and Azure administration.

Responsibilities include on-call production support, system administration, backups, and security, with involvement in site upgrades and network projects. A 4+ year background and a BS in CS or related field are preferred.

Qualifications

• Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience with Azure administration and Azure AD identity services.
• Experience with Active Directory and user account management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and infrastructure services.
• Deploy and support end-user devices; assist with network administration and Azure administration.
• Perform system administration, server management, monitoring, backups, and security tasks.
• Participate in site implementations/upgrades and network upgrades.
