Job summary

Anduril Industries is building autonomous flight platforms with advanced autonomy, AI, and sensor fusion. We seek systems engineers to help design and manage next-gen flight vehicles across the lifecycle, from concept to sustainment.

You will collaborate across teams to specify requirements, validate architectures, and ensure robust integration of software with hardware, while supporting rapid prototyping and rigorous testing.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of post-grad industry experience in electrical, aerospace, or systems engineering.
• Hands-on prototyping, troubleshooting, and build experience.
• Experience developing automated test scripts and frameworks using a common language (e.g. Python, MATLAB).
• Must hold a U.S. Secret security clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead development for an end-to-end solution with cross-functional teams to define requirements and system architecture.
• Design, develop, and maintain system components meeting functional and performance requirements in complex environments.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure reliability, scalability, and resilience of software applications.
• Work closely with hardware engineers and product managers to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components.
• Document and enforce software engineering processes and quality standards/regulatory requirements.
